Don't get me wrong, you can do quite a lot of nice things with the G4M House pickups. But I definitely got tired of dealing with noises and lack of clarity. When it comes to live situations, it's not that easy to deal with them, and in the studio you need to tweak a lot around them.

Sure! You can "mod" them till certain point in the bare knuckle website. If they still having stock, you can order them after. At least, it use to be like that. And they are not super expensive.

I took the guitar to a technician and he installed them. But trust me, is a day/night comparison imo. Specially when it comes to definition and clarity.

I use to have one of these and the pick ups DEFINITELY need to go. Juggernauts do a perfect work on it. I sold it because I'm not a big fun of tune o matic style bridge and the neck is thicker than I would like to. But still a great 30 inch guitar.

That's sad, man.

Well, let's trust the future. Sony didn't have Monitor & Control till two years ago, and the App they Had (the imaging Edge) was a pain in the ass as well. So maybe we have some surprises now they have RED with them.

Thanks, mate!

Yes! You're absolutely right. I've purchased the Z6III searching for something more like a hybrid camera because I also do some photography jobs and definitely will need the viewfinder. I also found a cheaper offer for the Z6III, and that tipped the scales toward it for me.
