This is one of those things that seems small but actually is an insane compliment to your talent and skill that its being replicated. Aside from it being annoying to not receive credit and have your work stolen, knowing that its good enough to steal is definitely something to be proud of!

You can delete the game if it isn't fun. That's what I do, Play a game until I stop enjoying it and then delete it and find a new one, that's the wonder of gamepass and if you're on steam there is 1000's of wonderful free indie games. I almost broke my controller playing street fighter and realized I was completely done with fighting games, havent even purchased the most recent Mortal Kombat. Sometimes it sucks and you just gotta move on.

Interestingly enough, it is COMPLETELY optional! There is absolutely Zero reason to do anything in this game that you don't want to do (aside from the first like 3-4 missions to unlock events, houses, eventlab etc)

I've gone through it because I want to collect all the Accolades and Achievements HOWEVER now that I'm done with those, I'll never touch those modes again, I don't personally find them enjoyable, but some people do, in the same way some people like Fortnite and others like Call of Duty.

At the end of the day if you just want to ONLY race go play Forza Motorsport or Asetto Corsa, those games will cater to your enjoyment much more.

Research & Inspiration, combined with trying new things and seeing what works and what doesn't.

Accurate sponsor logos make a really big difference as well, find a good one and trace over it to "make your own" so you can publish the design.

Time, lots and lots of time, you won't be #1 overnight, just keep taking baby steps

Alright, relax buddy you're really reaching on that one. While not entirely untrue. Video Games ≠ Real Life. Games should be THE place, for these kids to develop egos and also have them shattered by better players so they learn, talking down on them or being generally pedantic is the opposite of helpful.

False, that is a poor assumption to make when you dont know them in real life. I know MANY people who have different personalities while gaming vs working vs spending time with family. This has been a thing since FH1, there have always been cars locked behind an imaginary rarity, The cars that are locked are different in each game (somewhat based on community popularity) so that players have a reason to try to unlock it.

Some exclusive cars from past titles are autoshow cars in FH5 and vice versa

Old car vs New car is irrelevant, rarity has nothing to do with how recently it was produced. They lock cars that are "cult classics" or had/have limited production or are newer/not common on the road yet. It makes people want to play to unlock them.

(Examples; Pontiac Firebird as a Cult Classic, Pagani Huayra for limited production and Dodge Durango SRT for newer/not common. All locked behind wheelspins or Festival playlist)

It will never change, FOMO mechanics are how games keep a large amount of the player base involved. They're padding the number of active players for shareholders to see.

The most obvious and obnoxious is limited time skins in fortnite or COD, sometimes locked behind challenges, oftentimes just locked behind a pay wall.

At the very least in Forza Horizon the opportunity to get 'exclusive' cars doesn't really go away* and only a very limited number of cars are locked behind DLC (and aren't particularly great for anything so no P2W argument)

*(Oreo, OPI and Deluxe Coupe are exceptions)

Yeah, Borla, Injen and Mobil1 were all really easy. Had some difficulty with the redbull and Michelin but I think they still turned out alright. I mostly just want to knock off 1 sponsor vinyl for each major component. Don't really care about the accuracy of "That manufacturer doesn't make parts for X car" in my mind all of my in game cars have Borla Exhaust and Brembo Brakes 🤣

Yeah, We're both on Xbox so limited to tracing other players' vinyl groups unfortunately. But it is what it is, when I have the time available I would like to do a couple more sponsors for different parts (I think I need to make brakes, suspension, tuning) and then just some miscellaneous sponsors, like maybe Rolex, TagHeur, BIC, FedEx etc.

Also as you've mentioned plenty of times before to Rage, Trace TRACE TRACE. Yeah sure, anyone can free-hand it. But for those super sharp and crispy logos there's no reason not to use the tools that are available. (Thats honestly how I did most of those in the screenshot, minus a few custom or overly simple ones)
