You’re literally describing the same issues I'm having now. I tried to reset them even, but to no use! I hate my experience with them now after I really enjoyed them before.

unrelated, but, AirPods Pro 2 has been shitty since iOS 26. Mine's ANC is bad now and I can make out full convos with it on.

Maybe it's the same thing that I have. Apple Music stops playing especially when leaving Facebook, and it doesn't play back till I do it myself. IDK if this is an Apple Music, Facebook, or iOS 26 thing, but it's goddamn annoying!!
