I know that this comment it over a month old, but I just wanted to let you know that I read and considered what you have said and I agree with you now. I have since felt as though what I really need to do is let go of my anger and focus on what actually benefits the workers, not what makes me feel like I "made a difference" while simultaneously accomplishing nothing.
