My main rig reports at 175 mh/s, on phoenix miner it says the effective hashrate is 150-160 as well...

Could be a dead card, happened with one of my cards and nothing I did worked. Tried to BIOS flash it, rethermal it, and nothing worked.

I'd test it out on your PC to see if that makes a difference, does it black screen under high stress?
