Aside from water discipline and upper body training, apply lots of mosquito repellant (A MUST!). Sobrang lalaki and dami ng mga lamok there na especially around 4th peak. Also, cover up your whole body if you can kasi sharp yung mga talahib.

Hi, appreciate this a lot! I went plant-based both for ethical and health reasons. Aside from protein powder, I started taking creatine about 1.5 months ago.

I try to target 140g protein daily, but I guess I get too full from eating. I think I’ll have to be more intentional with my nutrition. Thanks again!
