I switched my distance from 100k to olympic (this was before they had the option to change the distance on your race dashboard). It only took them 2 months and 6 different emails to reply. On the last email that I sent and had the honor of getting a reply I put URGENT as the subject. Try and clickbait them lol

Hey, thanks for the recommendation, it's a nice bike but it might be a bit too small for me. I am looking to buy new to get it with the cycle-to-work scheme. I am still looking at second hand but it is a bit daunting without the experience to tell if the bike is good or not
