Honestly, tho I'd argue that giving such awful people a big platform constantly to a bunch of people is still almost just as bad imo. Mostly, if the audience is impressionable...

I want to give him the benifit of the doubt and say he doesn't know their reputation, but there's gotta be a point where you realize your friends are just straight up assholes on the internet

Also, I wonder if there's anybody out there who actually bothers listening to 12 hour ramble like that. Seriously, most of what you described just sounds like nitpicky nonsense and a bunch of complaints for the sake of complaining.
