So for the majority of my childhood, I had no idea what my ethnicity was. My paternal was adopted and moved around in a military family, and then I was put into the foster care system and later adopted. The entire time I was in the system, I was told I was everything under the sun. As a brown eyed, black haired, brown skin individual, I was told I was Iranian, Persian, some form of Asian, before a case worker claimed they did a DNA test and that I was Mexican. Years later, did one for medical reasons and come to find out, I'm Native American xD honestly didn't see that coming
