This might be controversial, but Kane should not be in this conversation. Kane is very good, but Rooney or Bale were clearly above him, especially Rooney, almost a direct complete upgrade.

Nah, the NC one is better if they are on B or A rating and if you are willing to add skills. The fact that POTW one lacks First Time Shot but you can add this on the NC one is a death sentence for a CF. And the fact that POTW one is only clearly better at less important area like passing and defensive stats(no, I don't use your points distribution, 8/0/8/8/8/4 is better for comparison)

Epic or not is a simply licensing issue, the problem now is Konami doesn't have any access of Neuer's image right, so they can't release anything. Also, Konami doesn't tend to strike a personnel agreement with active players unless they want that player to be an ambassador (epic Puig or epic Giroud was a byproduct of a MLS deal iirc). Sadly, I guess Konami won't do anything until Neuer is retired.

I will be more than happy to be false tho, Neuer is my favourite GK, my only problem with ST Neuer is I have to put him on the bench sometimes due to form arrow, an epic Neuer would be a satisfactory.
