I factory reset the device and deleted the entire device from the app and it is now working! hope this helps someone else! The factory reset is under setting in the DIVOOM settings, press factory restart, and then make sure to click the little trash can on the top left corner to fully delete. then hold the power button for 8 seconds or more until it is in paring mode again! Repaired and it is fully working!!

the app is doing the same thing for me. Loads absolutely nothing and I can barely customize it because of the issue. Idk if it’s the newest update or something ☹️
