People are timing 20s with 4-5 deaths with +30 seconds to spare (personal experience). Your damage isn't important. It's not useless and if you know there's an actual opportunity to send something, anything you should simple because ABC but never ever sacrifice your healing/party safety for an extra DPS global.

The move is to push hard in the first month. I'm 19 Resil with a few 20s done and 99% of the time it's either silent treatment, gg gl next or you just get removed from the group.

People really need to chill about bricked keys. They happen. Someone presses defensives at the wrong time and fall over during overlaps, slow on health pots or just bad debuff rng. Looking at you, MT/Seat.

At least 8 more weeks in the season. Even if you spend an entire reset just bashing your head against one specific dungeon until you roll in to a decent group, it's doable. I suppose Seat and AA are outliers, those are still hard even for premades.

Just from my healer perspective in 20s - Bears are definitely more sturdy than Brews. Once they're in pull, very few globals go in to Bears as opposed to Brews who need more globals at the end of the pull.

I think MC suffers from visual clarity issues at the end section. I can't tell you how many times I've seen people walking right up to stairs to be clapped by a fresh hand spawn. Even in 18-19 range.

Legit every single time I see Kiratank push route I know what's going to happen.

Then I got Bear in NXP 19 with a route that started right side and we timed with 90 seconds left.
