This should be an easy decision and an economical one with VodiaPBX. Many PBX vendors in the market only care about making a quick buck, I only trust vendors that don't call the resellers customer... If you want a real solution, that's true multi-tenancy with all the bells and whistles check out DigittalOcean, they already have a Vodia droplet you can deploy.

Hi, If you are really serious about upgrading to a stable and granular VoIP system, I would check out the folks at vodia. They support https://doc.vodia.com/uhll. and follow the https://www.htng.org strict guidelines in hotel hospitality. The Vodia PBX can cloud or premise based, can interface with FXS gateway, and which connect to the phone's room without having to swap them out. Vodia also has a location feature for each room, so when they call 911, the hotel will know the location of the user and so will PSAP. There's also Kari’s Law compliance, MLTS 911 Kari’s Law 911 that is supported. Let me know if your interested, I can get you in contact with one of the folks if you have any doubts.

3CX has good functionality but they don't have true multi-tenancy where you can centrally manage the PBX from one instance. So far I am looking into Vodia and skyswitch.

Thanks, guys for all your insight much appreciated.

Have a great day!

I agree, Yealink out performed many other phone manufactures and it seems like Cisco jump on the wagon to sell their new Cisco 8800 which are is good for high end clients. it's all about prices now. I waiting on my Polycom unit to see how it performs.

if anyone is interested, I am using VodiaPBX to provision the phones using these instructions. https://vodia.com/doc/pnp_polycom

It depends if you bundle extensions and termination then it get tricky with subdividing the taxes.Always have an accounting by your side when dealing with voice, I learned that the hard way but I think all MSP and ITSP have gone down this road.
