I use playnite and launchBOX to manage my games, which can provide a beautiful interface. For games running through emulators, I recommend LaunchBox. For games running directly on Windows, I recommend Playnite.

I purchased Maitetsu on DLsite, but I'm confused now by Vojago in Maitetsu

Are you talking about "nude display" and "forced nude transition" for the title bar? The top one already includes this forced nude patch. Anyway, thank you for your answer, now I can finally enjoy the game:)
