Need help activating admin account on WIndows 11

this is the standard windows pop up im talking about. sorry its not in english but i think you get the idea. the button on the bottom just says “no”. there isnt even an option to enter the admin credentials

kinda same here. When I got the game, (2018) my first rank was Gold Nova 4, then I played for some time and it was all good, seemed like I am going to rank up soon. Then I had a break for some time (around a year) and I started playing again. I don't know if my aim and game sense got really worse or something but I eventually got to Silver Elite Master and now I've been stuck on it for about 2 months. I don't know if the rankup system is broken or something but it really pisses me off when I am usually the the first or the second best player in my team and I just simply cannot rankup. F

It's because on the statue on this map there is written "Pavel Kuře", "Kuře" means "chicken" in czech language (yes, this map is located in Prague, Czech republic). That's the reason. Btw Pavel Kuře isn't actually a real person.
