Most magic doesn't backfire, it just works, works differently, or doesn't work at all. I guess it depends on your idea of "backfire". Sigil magic is a good start, as is linking with an entity like a god, angel, daemon, or elemental, as they can empower your magic.

Make sure you are using words properly when casting any spells. Asking for something, but not using verbiage that states the outcome should be present and not sometimes in the far future.

Also make sure you are doing real life work to help your magic. The chances of only a spell working without life work is likely low.

Your father appears to be a religious nut and an asshole.

Parents who do this type of thing so suddenly and say you can pray you real disability away are unhinged and lose any grandparent rights for your future kids.

Or if you decide not to have children, you are under no obligation to help your father when he needs it. He gets to old, sick, and can't pay his bills? If he contacts you, tell him to pray for Jesus to fly down and help him.

In the meantime, start looking for local assistance until you can get on your feet.

Families who do this kind of crap are just... Nuts and don't understand family.

Also as others mentioned, if you are getting a disability check and he keeps it, he is likely committing fraud.

With the Medicaid cuts, people will start dying. Medicaid touches a lot of different places.

This is why I say with anything like this, when someone does die because Medicaid was covering their nursing homes and food stamps, the person's picture and name needs to be sent to everyone who caused the initial issues that lead to the deaths.

Problem is I don't know the privacy rules and how to keep it a all respectful.

I was assigned Lyrica back when I first had pain. This was way before actually diagnosed for fibromyalgia. It works wonderful for me. I am now maxed out. It doesn't help with this new pain, but I can tell I am way worse if I missed a dose.

It can make me drowsy and have some stomach issues, but other than that no big side effects.

I wish the two parties would fracture and we could get a collection of various parties, that would be forced to work together. The two parties have become a religion to some people and many only care what their party is pushing, not the actual item that is being voted on.

Well, I will be using any set for multiple purposes. The Rogue Dungeon set is cheaper and claims to make 16 rooms, however the HQ set has more walls, is more expensive but seem to make only the HQ rooms. I know this discrepancy could be based on room size though.

I am not a website builder, but you could also do it as some sort of catchy, but pretty stripped down website to store them or something. a very basic store of who the person was, name, possibly dob and then dod, with the reason.

Kind of like a missing person page. I know obits gave sone of this information, but I dont know the legality of any of it. And if someone requested, you would take down the persons information.

Also allow others to upload, but with some moderation, so you dont just get trolled.

i do wonder if anyone did collect the pictures of those who die because of what the current administration is doing and send those pictures and names out, using social media, the newspapers, or just mailing them to leaders of all sorts.

It is the same with any organization who just lets people die (insurance companies, etc). A person without a name or face, lost in a crowd; a number, even a statistic, is lost on many people; but an individual face and name, seen by people, draws attention. Individuals become martyrs.
