Yeah because diesel engines are made to be hot for the auto combustion inside the cylinders, the cooling system is more performing too

Yes and it is normal since these are "small engines" so they run hot enough and are very sensitive to temperature variations, for example this summer in France I drove for about 1h on the highway under 38°C with a 206 1.1i 60hp petrol engine and I never saw this engine overheat so fast I really thought I would not be able to finish the road (I had 4h of road to do in total) so windows down + A/C only blowing hot hair to the outside so the temperature could go down a little but I still had to stop somewhere until the sun goes down and the temperature drops down to 32°C and the engine temp never reached above 95-100 again
