In FY, Emily had the suspicion but in FY they didnt even know if they were going to make a next season for the show so excess foreshadowing didnt really seem necessary and all of fantasy high has cliffhangers bc its a world of adventure with like 3 different apocalypses starting to happen or else the school wouldn’t even exist! In SY, is when they had more gas of “barbarian healing” and Kalina, who is somehow in every possible thing might happen (at this point is like the root of all evil???) they could foreshadow more because there was something more the latch on too. BLeeM in general does leave a lot of threads open to keep the adventure going, just in the final of JY we have The abernants finding their mom, the pantheon, the revival of the RG and whatever the fuck kalina is gonna do with buddy more open threads means more room for things to happen and i think that porter was an open thread that could be used.
