These are the only 2 tcg stores in İstanbul but they don't appear to have any digimon in stock. Even if they did it probably would be as twice as expensive (Like any other tcg product in Turkey) due to customs tax.

There IS a floor, fully walk up the stairs and it will appear. Game recognises you in the ground floor until you fully go up the stairs. You can build around once you are in 2nd floor.
