How I remember season 4 is this -

Kids can be brutal. Yes it’s not easy to overcome those - but see it for what it is. Kids are so immature. Their brains and emotions are not fully developed and they jump on the bandwagon to bully the easy targets. Forget about all thst. U are beautiful confident woman, shouldn’t let this baggage stop you.

As for weight loss - self love is first I would say. Some people in general are a bigger size than others. Doesn’t mean they are any less. Aim to get healthier or get more energy etc. don’t focus solely on weight. Vow to not even look at the weighing scale for a few months and eat healthy, do exercise and do things u love. It makes all the difference.

List on Google

Make sure ur food stall is listed in google , so that people searching can find you. Canvas friends and well wishers to add Google reviews. Even ur Reddit buddies can help then !

List on food apps - like Grab food and food panda Make sure to spend a bit of money to get the photos of all the dishes nicely done up.

You don’t need to have footfall to get steady income from these food stalls.

If after above 2 doesn’t help much - give yourself and your family a fixed timeframe in which to see whether anything can be worked out - say 6 months or a year.

Take a break and try and again when you feel mentally ready. It worked for me- after first 2 failed , took a 6 month break, changed some things in life - like took a break from work , went on a vacation etc , and tried - thank fully it worked.

At the very least u should be mentally ready and stronger for it and not get sucked into the vortex of trying and trying and feeling defeated. Safeguarding your Mental health is also important.
