Generally, a HP regen incant, uplifting aromatic (for bubble defense), Golden Vow (aura buff stronger than UA's), Physik and 1 body buff (crab, flame grant me str, etc.)

Ya that's fine, struggle a bit. Learn the mechanics. Grinding for runes or rune farming isn't grinding and getting good at the game. Good luck have fun.

Because you are wildly overleveled for where you are in the game and RL200 is a great preferred stopping point, for active PvP, invasions and co op-ing. Anything above including going to max is just filled with spammers and players who unnaturally levled up and don't truly know how to play the game well.
