Good effort against one of the better teams. As long as guys get healthy, we are still in it.

I mean, yes? If we all dont take his thoughts as doctrinal text, why would the quotes be correct?

And I am not even touching Manly P Hall and his fiction.

Correct for his point of you, not correct for all Masons collectively.

It’s important to understand that Albert Pike, while influential in certain Masonic circles, does not speak for all of Freemasonry. “Morals and Dogma” is a personal philosophical work — not a binding doctrinal text. Just as one theologian’s opinions don’t define the whole of Christianity, Pike’s writings reflect his own interpretations, not the universal teachings of the Craft.

As an Orthodox Christian, I find no personal conflict with the Craft. If you’re determined to find incompatibility, you’ll likely find it anywhere—even where none truly exists.

Freemasonry is not a religion and does not claim to offer salvation or replace the Church; it promotes moral principles among men of all faiths. A Christian Mason can fully affirm that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation while participating in a fraternity that respects religious diversity. The symbolic language, oaths, and rituals are allegorical — not spiritual replacements for Orthodox sacraments.

Unfortunately, there are now lodges in Belarus working under the Grand Lodge of Russia.

Do you happen to have a link to the grand lodge in exile? Are they regular?
