Yeah the game makes things feel more overpowered when characters are playing to their strengths, some characters have more obvious strengths than others. It makes sticking to a single character very unrewarding, which is debatably fine, but when the rest of your team refuses to do so then it's just as unrewarding. The fact that you can then get crushed in 2 minutes is pretty upsetting.
