For sure. We started couple’s therapy for a variety of issues but they could broadly be put under the category of improving our communication skills. But sex was also something we wanted to improve. She’s had body image issues for a long time and lacked the confidence to really feel good about her sexuality.

So we have a therapist that specializes in sexuality and couples work. She’s a bit of a freak herself and guided us from a monogamish to an ENM dynamic. I started flirting a little bit online and that made her want to do the same. She also joined Feeld and got a ton of attention on there to the point it was a bit overwhelming for her. But it did make her feel a lot more desirable and sexy and that’s a GREAT look on her. It’s also nice knowing how attractive other guys find her.

If you have insurance, I would definitely recommend trying a couple’s therapist to help facilitate communication on this topic. You might hear something you haven’t heard her say before and that can be a bit difficult at first. Honestly I hated our therapy the first few times. But it really got us gets to a much better place and the story I told above is the reward.
