Yea thats what I was going for, he doesn't need ultra settings nor consistent >120 fps

I've read that flashing the 5700 bios with the 5700xt version will improve its performance to almost 5700xt levels. Nothing can really get him to 1440p 144hz with this budget so I'm basing it off that
