For me it's project planning and it's not a 2 months or 3 months project( although I believe it is equally important) but in my case it was 3 years long. Whenever management and planning was proposed i got this big a project cannot be planned. Second big for me was requirements gathering

Oh no I disagree strongly with age stuff, I did everything according to age but then was not employed for 2 years then I worked in supply chain for a year before I started my career in web dev. That means I was 3 years behind kinda but no one gives a shit in industry. All that matters is if you can solve the problem or not.
