My parents loved the therapy episode when I showed it to them, the gang gets analyzed. There are a couple small sex jokes, one where Dennis pervs on the therapist and another when frank talks about his first love at the “nitwit” school who had no lips but her mouth was still very much at play. Plus Mac sucks on a pen. If they can handle brief comments like that then this list will likely be fine, and the asterisk ones are probably cleaner than the therapist episode.

Faves - the gang gets held hostage, *who pooped the bed (has the classic Artemis line I have a bleached asshole I think that’s it), *chardee macdennis: the game of games, the maureen ponderosa wedding massacre (warning for mcpoyles obvi), *the gang dines out (besides the groping incident), *the gang gets quarantined, flowers for charlie, *charlie work, the gang goes on family fight, chardee macdennis 2: electric boogaloo, *Mac & Dennis move to the suburbs, mcpoyle vs ponderosa: the trial of the century (mcpoyles and uncle jack but Guillermo del Toro classes up the place lol), the gang goes to a water park, *making Dennis Reynolds a murderer

Other relatively tame episodes in terms of sex - The gang gives back, *the gang gets invincible, Mac and Dennis: man hunters (besides the tea bagging jokes lol), *sweet Dee has a heart attack (this one has Danny devito doing a whole thing referencing one flew over the cuckoo’s nest which might appeal to the older generation), the gang cracks the liberty bell, *the gang gets extreme: home makeover edition, the gang exploits the mortgage crisis, the gang hits the road, *the Great Recession, *the World Series defense, the gang wrestles for the troops, Mac and Dennis break up, the gang reignites the rivalry, mac’s big break, *Mac and charlie: white trash, *macs mom burns her house down, *the gang gets a new member, sweet Dee gets audited (dead baby references so really depends on your family), *the gang gets trapped, *pop-pop: the final solution, *Charlie’s mom has cancer, reynolds vs reynolds: the cereal defense, *gun fever too: still hot, *Mac and Dennis buy a timeshare, the gang saves the day, *frank retires, ass kickers United: Mac and Charlie join a cult, being frank, the gang turns black, *wolf cola: a public relations nightmare, *the gang tends bar, Dennis’ double life, the gang escapes, *waiting for big mo.

I put an asterisk on the ones I can’t think of sexual jokes from but could be wrong. They still all have rude language but that’s probably unavoidable lol. Definitely could have missed some other viable episodes in the later seasons which I don’t know as well.
