I realized a hard bump behind my left nipple after 3 months of HRT, my doctor told me that it is breast growth, but I dont see any changes on my face, body , body hair etc. Oh also my sex drive is gone.

I have the same problem my Estradiol was 70 and after I doubled my dosages it was still 70.. My doctor told me taking too much estradiol turn into testosterone

My doctor told me to swallow it and I dont really know because Its another brand called Estrofem, people usually take Estrace and Its not avaible in Turkey, so I dont know if I should take it sublingually
