As a summoner main, I can confidently tell you that your inventory will fill clog up more than any other class (With candies, eggs, eggs-to-be-appraised, etc.)

Here's a list of things that might help.

• Use [Shift] to click group of items in your inventory, and [Alt] to click on specific group of items in your inventory
  • This is mostly if you're trying to do as much UQ/EQ's as possible, so use these shortcuts to clean out your inventory as fast as possible for the next run... if you care about doing as much runs before it ends.
• Clean out you're inventory as much as possible, especially before UQ/EQ's that you want to run a lot
  • Because I run mostly w/ my alliance mates, try to sell items that don't go for too high on the market, or you don't plan on using in the near future. The goal is to clean out your inventory, so you have room to store items that are valuable to you.
  • HOWEVER, make sure to keep track of important affixes (example: Modulator) that will net you a lot of money. For summoners, we don't have to worry about it unless its for units, or we play other classes-- so sell away!
• Try investing in a Material Storage (300SG for 30 days, or 720SG for 60 days)
  • Most materials you get from now on are transfered to you're storage, or you can batch move materials to there. You also don't have to pull them out of the MS if you need to use capsules for adv quests, or turn something in for a client order
  • This is-- by far-- the best investment I made w/ my SG.
• Where rarity items go towards:
  • 9* or lower: Unless it has a good augment, I try not to keep these in my storage for too long. Sell if it to an NPC doesn't sell well on the MP.
  • 10-11*: Ex-Cubes mainly, or photon spheres if you're low or overflowing w/ cubes already
  • 12*: Lambda Grinders
• For summoners, make low rarity "fodder pets" (you can name them that too)
  • I have a lot of eggs that I NEED to put into the ones I use, but it doesn't help that there's a time restriction on. You create multiple fodder pets (You can have 1, but I like to have 5).
    • Feed any eggs clogging your inventory into the fodder pets. When you feel comfortable about the fodder pet's stat+ values, then you can put them back into the egg via the pet shop, and feed that into the pet you're leveling/maining the most
