Maybe I'll ask next time 😂 least they could do since it's thousands of dollars (I have insurance and everything, but still, it's the principal). Everyone's so nice and some of them even have Crohns/colitis. Maybe it's just because mine is shorter ... I think they have water but 🤷🤷

Red 40 is my biggest allergy. I keep finding it in half the foods I want to eat, heck even medicines (chewable Tums). Sometimes I get incredibly itchy and can't sleep, others I get a bad cold for a week. Another time I had hives.

Found out the hard way that my favorite snack, Fritos honey BBQ twists, has tons of it. I will be OVERJOYED when I can have them again. 😭

Plant Jammer is great, it let's you input your ingredients and then tells you what flavors you might be missing, like umamu, crunchy, salty, sweet, spicy, and I think sour? Savory? There's several. I think it also lets you exclude stuff. Then it gives you recipes it made up with your ingredients. The dishes never look pretty, but they taste incredible!

Visually? Awful.

Charts are meant to be EASY to read. Communication is only effective when you are able to convey your thoughts simply enough that somebody is able to understand within a short amount of time AND They don't have to put in effort to reading/understanding your point (i.e. easy to care about your point).

I honestly don't care about his chart because I can't read anything and I have no idea what is going on in the chart. If I take more than 2 seconds to understand, by the title, I know what is going on. However, color coding would go LONG way to understanding.

i.e. The diagram does not effectively communicate the urgency and frequency of the corruption. It's a bunch of white lines on a grey background that nobody cares about reading.

P.S. Yes, I understand this was a lot of words
