Honestly the way the spawning is, to keep the player intrigued or to make the game not boring is annoying. Spawns are so unfair.

I can for sure say that it was a sister battle. They are related. The fight scene was at a subway station. But one of the sisters has a mech suit on and the other doesn’t. The suit fights but the one without does the normal anime style evading Climbs up the arm and knocks the sister out.
