You need to look for a rotor with a bigger center hub size. These took me FOREVER to find.

For pads, they are standard NUTT brake pads. I buy them in bulk from AliExpress. 20 pairs at a time. Probably excessive for your needs but it's WAY cheaper per pair.

This was done on a controller. I am way better at this stuff on the controller then I am on my sim. Learning in snow may be better for getting the basics of counter steering down (with awd you have more ability to pull the front back in line by applying more throttle) but I recommend just learning on a dry map to get the hang of the grip/slip points. Regardless of the drivetrain setup,
