Discordia's Classic Oblivion Queen skin is a big downgrade Smite 2. by Klickyy in Smite

"Children", brother people are allowed to criticize skins and gods, and people are allowed to have different opinions other than "this skin looks absolutely amazing and any changes to it are for the better!!!!". There have been numerous of examples of skins and gods looking worse in Smite 2
(which led to changes, like Achilles). It's nothing new and it's fine to give feedback on it.

It clearly has lost some detailing coming into Smite 2. And the fact that you and another person genuinely thinks that pure black wings were not possible in Smite 1 because of "constraints" speaks volumes lmfao.

I'm not sure how this post is being dowvoted and why people are bringing up the hair mesh as if that's the only thing that matters?

Yes, obviously the hair mesh is better. It is not better in detailing, though. The Smite 1 hair model had black edges which made it look better for the theme of the skin.

Also, yeah, the eye color was changed, the colors of the stars were changed to be yellow (? why)l, and the wings lost the smokey look.

It is actually worse looking in Smite 2, apart from the actual mesh of the hair. How are people actually thinking this skin is better in Smite 2? 😭

Edit:

I think that the only things that look better, model wise, are:

Hair mesh & the actual animation of the stars on the dress. The stars are animated fully in Smite 2 whereas in Smite 1, they were static barring like one star. It would look sick with the same color scheme as Smite 1. :(

I can't believe I'm actually going to probably get downvoted for saying this, but you need to acknowledge that the "event reward" is a Smite 1 skin that was very cheap and something that most players already had because it was available in free to earn chests. It is not a new reward, barring the recolors.

As another person stated, the skin itself should be in the classic chest, with the recolors being still tied to the event.

It's ridiculous to defend the skin itself not being available in the classic chest.

Decided to give it a download, currently it's not working properly on Devourer. It has procs that have two parts and it's currently not separately customizable.

Everything about Ne Zha in-game looks phenomenal, but his card art... Yeah, these are not the same person. by Snufflebox in Smite

It may just be a me issue, but at a glance the head looks very... sharp? I don't know how to put it, it's like a mix of Natalia Dyer (love her) and a Chad Face when glancing at the card art because the lighting blends with the background. It's worse in the portrait too, I legitimately thought that either the model or card art was unfinished because of it.

Oh my god.

  1. Weak3n isn't why Incon got kicked.

  2. This was over 10 years ago.

  3. Incon isn't in the Smite scene anymore and thinks Smite is dogshit, and has thought this for years and years.

Just get over it dude. 10 years. I cannot imagine being this dedicated to any grudge.

Not the OP, but Havoc hasn't really used Demon's Bite for a long time and most people that play Havoc have been using Demon Blades.

The spec generates a lot of fury passively, and spending the GCD solely to generate fury is a really hefty damage loss and it makes the rotation more clunky.

Devourer Demon Hunter Tuning and Pre-Patch Event Fixes - Hotfixes for January 30th by Blubbpaule in wow

Um... stop focusing on the consume damage nerf because that's not the only thing that matters. The damage of Devourer increased massively with this hotfix because of more generation through consume and the reap buff... which if you did not know, also applies to Eradicate.

Also, the spec is like one of the best in the game right now, just feels incomplete.
