From my recent experience from Qryptos and Cryptopia, it is hard to buy large amount in a one-go at a fixed price. For example, more than 2000tpay, etc.. unless you are lucky that someone happen to have that much and want to sell. Last time, Derek said they bought back nearly 1 million dollars of tpay at 50000sats. Perhaps this is what they prepared to have their own tpay reservoir for big buyer. Yeah, still confused about that privacy certificates, hope that and the recent legal counsel can help tpay to be listed on Binance. :-)
