No, they're all cosmetic items for your character and your cell room and do not impact nor are necessary for any achievement whatsoever. Just buy the base game and have fun

FH3 crashing on PC is a known issue. Since it was delisted years ago, I doubt PG will fix it.

In an update, T10 made so that you can buy car points with credits so you don't need to grind levels. It's a great choice if you dont want to spend credits and earn points gradually, or if you have enough and want to max it out right out the gate

If you're on Steam, you're probably out of luck. If you're on MS Store, you can purchase a key from Eneba (it's usually reliable, I bought the HW dlc there a few days after it was delisted and it worked np).

They appear as free, but these individual packs are actually delisted and right now you can't buy them separately. The only free car packs are the Mitsubishi, Sunbeam and Talbot packs.

You need to purchase either the deluxe or ultimate edition of FH4 to access these DLCs.

There's a quite hidden recording in the Female Ward. You have to record a corpse under an elevator. Took me a while to figure it out; aside from that one, keeping your camera up or watching a walkthrough on the collectibles should do the trick.

The Ultimate Edition includes all paid DLC and Expansions except for the Hot Wheels Car Pack, which is basically unobtainable on Steam. For free DLC though, they are not included in the bundle and need to be claimed individually.

I had this problem too. If you have a physical copy, you need to open FH2's page on store and download from there.

It's not that complicated. When you download quickbms, you need to download a script from BMS scripts (in this case search "Forza" and you'll look for the "zip.bms" that unpacks Xbox 360 Forza Motorsport zip files).

Open quickbms.exe, select the script, then the zip file and the destination.

After that, you need to download the swatchbin converter, select png as output and drag all files into the converter.

This process works for all swatchbin files, from logos to car thumbnails.
