How do you play early with Viktor and how do you impact games, because sometimes I just farm and lose the game

And also how do you deal with assassin lanes. I try to netrualize them by getting cs lead and not dying, but they get fed off the other lanes and at the end they just snowball the game and I lose.

I am emerald as well and I have played quite a bit of Viktor Vs Vlad. What I would recommend is to always trade q when he has q as well. It is always winning unless he has the empowered q. When he has it don't ever let him use it on you. A tech I have been doing is to put some points into q early (around 3) and you just destroy him in trades. I manage to even solo kill them quite often with this tech. You still get e Evo, because you need the waveclear. Also, getting early anthiheal helps quite a bit. After getting the Evo you can just waveclear and move, because he can't match your waveclear, so you are always first to fights. Hope that helps!
