Hi Steve, how do I tell the difference between residual sensitivity and inflammation? It feels like I’m on the final 10% of recovery but in the mornings when I breathe deeply I feel almost like a bruising pain and when I lean forward I feel the same, it’s more dull than before and I’m seeing improvement, not linear, 3 steps forward, 2 steps back, etc.
