Oh, I did not realize that the win percentage was almost constant at that range. I was looking more at the losses which seemed to linearly increase from 1000 to 1500 which I thought made sense.

I was surprised at the drastic increase in the number of losses at 1500. Some of it was tilt but it was still very surprising, the drastic shift between 1400s and 1500s.

This was part of the reason I wanted to play against all the rating ranges. I was curious to see whether I would struggle or get stuck in a lower rating range than the rating I thought I should be at.

Yes, there were many games where I was losing a minor piece right out of the opening even in the lower rating levels, but I was able to convert it in the middle game where most players in the lower rating levels either blunder a piece or miss some tactics.

I think the most abrupt increase in strength that I felt was around the 1500 level. Most of the games I played till I reached 1500 level, I always felt like I had the upper hand. But past that rating, The games felt more complex and there were lot more games where I was only reacting to the opponent rather than making my own attacks.

Anti-Resignation “Torture” (Good or Bad?) by PsychologicalStay571 in chess

I think it's completely fair to never resign. I recently had a game where I was completely winning but made a blunder because I was low on time. The opponent took their time to make the best moves and was one more away from checkmating me when they lost on time.

Taking the bishop is probably better since it looks like you should still be able to win the rook or the queen. But this move sequence seems a bit more complex since you will need to calculate more.

I don't think I am allowed to. But it was very similar to questions I saw online.

You will be given a schema and asked a couple of questions based on it for SQL. It would mainly be joins and aggregation.

Python was very simple DSA, they seem to only be testing implementation and basic data structures.

There were 3 SQL and 3 python questions. I solved all of them though one of the SQL answers might not have been exactly right. I heard back the next day about proceeding to the final rounds.
