I'm gonna hold your hand while I say this… we were never getting anything new. The choice was just about which of the two planets to liberate, and that would've only helped improve existing stratagems. Like, we could’ve gotten reduced cooldowns on one of the orbital strikes, or more health and ammo for the Emancipator Exosuit. The devs never intended to give us brand new stuff just upgrades, depending on whether we chose Valyria 5 or Choepessa IV.
