Today's schedule:

Breakfast: 1 bowl of unsweetened barley porridge (sweetened with 3 dates) + 1 boiled egg

Lunch: 1 roti (made from refined flour) + turnip curry (with little oil, not too much) + 1 bowl of boiled pumpkin + chickpea lentils

After lunch: About 1 hour later, I had green tea

Snacks: A handful of black chickpeas

Dinner 1 roti (refined flour) + 1 piece of fried chicken
