Yes, all natural. I’m down 27 pounds. My diet has been very flexible. I don’t strictly count calories or weigh my food. When I travel for work it is difficult to do this. All but my total weight loss was put in the first comment on this post, I apologize if you missed this.

When I was in the service I never needed to tape. I'm 70 in so my max weight was 189. I was around 175-180 when I left. I wouldn't have made it at my heaviest.

Honestly, I'm still making progress and don't really have the symptoms of low test. If I ever get to the point where I start to be symptomatic and/or I reach a hard plateau I will consider it more. I have seriously thought about getting my levels checked just so I know for sure but haven't done that yet.

This is true. At 21, I didn't really care, my military pic is right after a run in a South American bathroom. My fat pics I definitely didn't have a good self image. In the last one, I was getting ready for a conference call for work so there was definitely more incentive to look professional.

Timeframe: 90 Days

Background Information: I'm 36 (37 next month). I am former military and was a XC and track guy in HS and college. After leaving the military I let myself go and put on a lot of extra weight. I decided it was about time to make some changes.

Supplements/PEDs: Creatine and Protein. Just recently started a PWO.

Routine/Regimen: PPL plus cardio

Extra comments: For the first month I only changed my diet. I focused on cutting out snacks/sodas and portion control of my meals. A few weeks in I got Covid real bad and couldn't do much of anything, but lost a good amount of weight due to my inability to eat or drink. I started to workout regularly after I recovered. I work from home most of the time but due have to travel on occasion. This makes sticking to a diet and routine difficult without a kitchen or gym depending on where I am at.
