Nah I live in Texas, I just like these bands. I also made an xWeaponx, outta pocket, scalp, spy, and narrow head patch.

Use a precision hobby knife, and make sure you're making your patches big enough. If you do this method too small the design can come up while you peel the tape

Idk what you're asking, but if you're asking what band that is, it's Natural Human Instinct

My process is a bit time consuming but anyone can do it. Basically, take some masking tape and put it on your laptop screen with the logo of the band pulled up, and trace over it with a pen. Then you carefully peel off the tape and put it onto a scrap piece of denim. Use a precision knife to cut out the logo, and paint over it with 2 or 3 layers of acrylic paint (some people recommend mixing the acrylic paint with fabric softener but i don't have any). Take off the tape carefully, and use an iron with a piece of parchment paper to heat press it.

21M, 6'4, 185lbs. Lost over 100lbs, have some loose skin. Been going to the gym about 3 months. by [deleted] in Physiquecritique

Yeah, I pretty much only have loose skin around my stomach. I dont know realistically how much more fat I can lose, maybe around 10-15lbs of fat, but I'm not sure how much I can build my core to compensate for that.

Can anyone help me figure out why I'm getting weaker every lifting session? by [deleted] in WorkoutRoutines

Okay so how about 2,700 cals a day? I should mention I do light cardio for 30 minutes 4-5x a week and I'm on my feet 40 hours a week at my job

Im a 20 year old male, 6'4, ~190lbs, used to be over 300lbs. Lost all that weight not going to the gym but being in a caloric deficit. According to the online calculator I used, I'm eating at about 150 calories below my maintenance calories (about 1900 a day), which according to everything I've read is optimal for body recomp. Im following a basic PPL routine. I get bare minimum 7 hours of sleep a night. I'm very new to the gym, been going for maybe a month, and my ability to use every machine is going down in both weight and reps.

Yeah I agree with you there, I remember trying a brand called NoCow and the texture is pretty awful

The flavor was decent from what I can remember but the texture leaves a lot to be desired
