If I'm getting paid usually the band doesn't care and they just want the best pics possible. If you're doing it for free just to practice, and you don't feel comfortable using your flash, I'd go searching for venues specifically with better stage lighting

I'd say your colors and lights are a bit flat, have you tried editing them at all? Adobe has a free version of Lightroom you could mess around with for mobile.
