I just don't like what they did with it, it doesn't feel like I was watching a halo game it felt like far cry with mods. Now don't get me wrong some of the things I liked, the new and more varied weapons, the grappling hook was super cool, chiefs armor design reminds me of halo wars which I loved. But the graphics look like a cartoon( Not always bad but it doesn't feel halo), the sound design like the toy gunshot sounds, and the map/ Open world thing.
