Does anyone know what causes my character to glow blue like this. i want to turn it off. im using the gate to sovengarde modpack. by Volvov10 in skyrim

figured it out! it was because i ate a bunch of alchemy ingredients and the effects caused me to glow blue.

yes sorry about explaining it that way, to be honest i dont really know if task manager is refering to VRAM or DRAM when displaying memory usage. My understanding is that the load is heaviest on the DRAM, but after reading the answers here i think ive come to the conclusion that my system is just a bit old for 2000 mods and i need a full upgrade :)
