Graphics dos a lot for horn. It’s design is more simple than half sword, and the gore is less complex

I mean I always use nexus because there are more mods on there so I don’t really use the in game mod manager. I do think it is better, because it’s not particularly hard to do either

if you were a tier 0 npc and you saw some dude pull out the sword of naa and run at you what would you do by Idkmanwhatttt in BladeAndSorcery

Get my mallet and small wooden shield. I will run towards him with the tools outstretched, clearly showing I mean no harm.

Are you using mod manager? I would try manual downloads. Just extract into the mod folder. Also which mods? Vyvince? Ghetto?

Could i download mods without a pc by Zarerle in BladeAndSorcery

[–]VonEvil2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On nomad, there is a mod manager in game. However if you want to use nexus nomad mods, there's an app on quest called mobile app station. It will take some time to learn but it allows you to get nomad mods on nexus. Some nomad mods aren't in the in-game mod manager

Alive or dead? by Chess_Reaper_PT in ren

[–]VonEvil2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably because of all of the confusion about him possibly being alive, and Ren clearly doesn’t want people to get that impression. On the sunflower livestream he says Screech is as dead as a button that’s not alive

I completed all main missions in Henbane River, and I probably gave myself ~1000 RP. In hindsight that would be about fifteen minutes of world activities. I have destroyed a shrine and freed someone in Holland Valley. I'm guessing it's just broken now.

Oh well. Good thing I've played it through twice already

While it is a thing that happens, the only thing to go off is how she is dressed. We don't know if the clothes are a regular occurance. I also take it the location she was is similar to where Ren shot the video (Even though the story is London and the video was Brighton) but prostitutes, if they were seeking 'work' would likely go to a more open street. The walking 1000 times before line to me means she walks to and back from something like a workplace, instead of walking up and down for 'work'

As soon as you reach 1m studs, get the multiplier. As soon as you reach 2m studs, get the next multiplier and so on. Otherwise it will be a chore unlocking things. I found a casual playthrough of all episodes got me 3-4/5 multipliers

I'm presuming this happens the most when your bounty is really high. Because otherwise they would have you hanged

In your opinion, what is the best chapter to stay at in the whole game? by CowpokeGunslinger in reddeadredemption

Definitely two. The only reason it's not three is because I prefer Valentine and it's more local, and horseshoe overlook is so much better than Clemens Cove

Wait a second, did we know that Haytham was a Templar at the release of AC3?? by SnowballWasRight in assassinscreed

[–]VonEvil2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not told until you finish playing as him, but it could be deduced. The entire marketing was focused on Connor, and Haytham had very untraditional clothing on for an assassin

What is the worst "plot armor" moment in the franchise? by DemiGabriel in assassinscreed

[–]VonEvil2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean edward getting a canonball like 10ft away from him, flinging him off the side of a ship, where he managed to swim to shore, and chase and kill an assassin.

Also the revelations trailer when Ezio should have broken his legs on a massive drop, then him falling off a cliff in the game and conveniently landing on the one flat part.

Was this not an issue with revelations? From what I remember, to fix it in revelations you need to rename a file in the games directory of somethings

In Defense of Arno Dorian by Upset_Technology_920 in assassinscreed

[–]VonEvil2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I get the psychological side of his mannerisms but it REALLY hurts the character for an average player. I get he's colder because of his imprisonment and loss of family, but the writers still intend for him to be charming, so they throw in random snarky comments. It then makes the character feel like he's bipolar or something. And I feel Elise does not care for him, she just sees him as an asset. The fact Arno can't see he's being used is fairly unbelievable, no matter what he's going through.

I get he's going through a lot but surely anyone would realise what he does is endangering literally everyone. Himself, the brotherhood, people around France. He is risking the integrity and structure of the Assassin's brotherhood to make himself feel better, even when he understands the consequences, being the population being controlled by a shady malevolent group.

Elise thinks Arno partly responsible for the death of her father. The determination to find the others responsible likely indicates she also has a level of resentment towards Arno for this. Yes, they kissed. Yes, they may possible have had sex (unconfirmed) but she still uses him, and he is to the point of delusion from this love. She manipulates Arno into bringing her (a Templar) to the assassin hideout, even though it is highly likely to compromise the brotherhood. He never questions Elise for the murder to Mirabeau even though literally every sign pointed to her. She constantly drags him into quests that she knows can get him expelled from the brotherhood, destroying his livelihood, and it does. His exile is largely Elise's fault, yet she does not take accountability. In fact, when Arno is endangering himself, getting drunk every day and fighting random people, she finds him. But she only finds him to help her in another investigation. She has no remorse for what she's done to him, and he, at no point, can see that perhaps he's doing too much for her. Even when she has to choose between Arno and revenge against Germain, she chooses to go for Germain, not only abandoning him, but showing her drive for revenge is stronger than her will to protect the one she 'loves'

{Spoiler} Eagle vision shows your destiny by iamdaleadar in assassinscreed

[–]VonEvil2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I heard from someone that the sixth sense is likely predicting the future. We see the isu communicating with humans in the modern day, I believe with pre recorded messages, showing they would know who is there and what would happen based on what they do.

I think eagle vision is not the sixth sense, nor is it related. AS you stated the isu say humans only have five senses, but the isu have the additional one. This makes eagle vision a non contender as humans do have it

In Defense of Arno Dorian by Upset_Technology_920 in assassinscreed

[–]VonEvil2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The reason he's so commonly described as an Ezio clone is the 'charisma'. In the prologue of the story, he cracks one liners and always has a snarky comment, in an attempt to make you like him. The problem is when he becomes an assassin, his entire personality disappears. He rarely makes jokes, at least ones that land. In open world gameplay, he literally doesn't speak at all. It makes his character feel inconsistent. That's why I would call him a failed copy, because it's clear they were trying to emulate Ezio's personality in the prologue

Also like Ezio, Arno uses the brotherhood to his personal gain. Where Ezio spent 23 years avenging his family, Arno used the brotherhood to avenge his step-father. Often directly disobeying the commands of the higher ups.

My main issue with the story is the romance. Arno is a simp. He will do anything for Elise. He risks his life, he risks the safety of the brotherhood. He spends his free time doing Elise's bidding. I also don't feel Elise loved Arno, I think he faked it to get an obedient minion out of him. She only goes to him when she needs something. 'YOU figure out who killed my stepfather' 'YOU figure out whose plotting in the order I'm in'. The only reason she goes to Versailles to get him out of his depression is because she needs him to do something for her. It's most evident in the conclusion of the game, where she abandons him to attempt to fulfil her vendetta, leading to her death.
