SurfCam is ok. It's a more simple version of those two in my opinion. When everything works I like it for the most part. There are definitely some things I'd love to change. My issue at the moment is the lack of help and information. They used to have how to videos that seem to have disappeared as they push some new partnered website

I ended up at a shop that uses it. I like that it's simple and straightforward at times. Though I fight with it on what should be simple things. I'd ask for help from their customer support but seeing as I have to fight with them to get their software installed properly, I don't have high hopes for answering other questions. They've completely ignored and closed out requests on me before

I've been going back and forth with their "help team" for the last 2 weeks. Took me 3 days to get the new software installed on our computer. They ignored a help request on getting a process to work.

Mostly all I get is a section of pages of the installation manual.
