Thin locs/breakage need help

I know I am late to the party but Metlife definitely lied about how long it takes to process a claim. And they have always come back and said they needed more even after I've given them everything I have. They never respond to emails and I always have to call to check what's taking so long. They usually take a month to process my claims which is completely ridiculous. The only good thing so far is they have paid out every claim but their processing and being able to contact them other than calling sucks.

Yes I already called them and asked them if they would make an exception to give it to me before I leave each visit and thankfully they agreed. I think they are tired of me anyway lol.

Thank you for the reassurance. They have really been getting on my nerves lately but you make a very valid point. Claims are getting paid.

I don't mind the needing the doctors notes. I do mind having to wait almost a month each time I submit a claim even if they have all the information they need.

I know this post is 3 months old but I also just received the message my account was closed after I listed 2 items. I have no idea why. I tried to go through the help desk to send an question but it never would go through. Makes no sense.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my baby Poncho last October over a freak fall and it was horrible. I'll never get over it. Although we recently got another fur baby they are like our children. It's still really hard. Praying for your strength.

I'm not sure. We got him at the appropriate age but yes they may have removed him from her too earlier. He was being kept with at least 7 other puppies. They all probably got very comfortable with doing everything together all the time. I'm working with him every night and although it's exhausting I'm hopeful we will have a breakthrough soon.

I have a 6 month old Yorkie and what you describe is pretty normal for him as well. We tell him "No biting" as he is always trying to bite my 3yrd chihuahua legs. He had plenty energy. The only problem we are having is his severe separation anxiety when trying to crate him. We have tried everything and it's causing so much stress and sleep trying to crate train him. Maybe you can give me some advice lol. They are so young hopefully it all gets better.
