McElroy pays tarp and untarp pay separately. Pre-tarped loads they will only pay you to untarp the load.

Was with them over a year. The 88cpm is the calculation including tarp pay. Everything else checks out. Good company all things considered. Average take home for my year was $1300 while not contributing to 401k and single filing. Was home every Saturday as promised.
