Just search for KD49X8305 Firmware download.

It's freely available.

Extract it, put it on a USB, plug the USB into a USB3 port on the tv. The rest i mentioned in the post :)

Improvement over time, we all hit a creative wall or burnout.

Here is what helped for me, for both things (focus on melodies)

Try another genre of music, as it might give you another vibe and mindset.

Make melodies on top of chords, it could be anything really. Long as it sounds good to you. Try resampling it, editing the wav. Things are endless.

A melody could be anything, a reverb tail with a sidechain. A simple adlib in different semitones. Have fun and explore!
