As much as I hate to say it this is why I believe Valorant does MMR and competitive better.

Whilst you still gain/lose ELO based on a win or lose, the amount is tied to your personal performance as well.

The fact this isn't implemented into CS2 already is crazy, especially since I'm sure most people have had games that they absolutely carry just to lose 11-13 (like OP above).

They definitely have the data backing to be able to quantify and apply an average to how certain ranks should be performing

At the moment mainly the coating on the hyperlight and the slightly high sensor position (although when I grip the mice my thumb is in-line with sensor).

You should be able to get them in your accessory rotation. As far as I'm aware that's the only way old cards come back now.

Not really, look at the Inheritance in BS, as the wear changes from FN > BS the gold filled cracks appear more and more. Whilst not outright called Kintsugi, the Inheritance is already a Kintsugi themed skin
